Delivery terms within Ukraine are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times are approximate and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery services, force majeure circumstances, power outages, or similar events.

From the moment the parcel is handed over to the delivery service, the risk of accidental loss, damage, or deterioration of the product passes to the carrier and/or to you in accordance with the carrier’s terms and the laws of Ukraine.

Our store is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly between you and Larivis.

By using the Services, you agree that Shopify:

• is not responsible for sales between you and Larivis;
• is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or other consequences related to the purchase of products or services from Larivis.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liability arising from or related to your purchases from Larivis.

You agree to indemnify and defend Larivis, Shopify, as well as our employees, partners, contractors, and suppliers, from any third-party claims, including legal fees, arising in connection with:

• your violation of any law or third-party rights;
• your access to or use of the Services.

SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY

All disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine at the location of Larivis, generally the court at the place of registration of the business entity, for example: Novovolynsk / Volyn Region — please confirm this with a lawyer or accountant.
