Return and Refund Policy

We operate in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, in particular:

  • the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”;
  • Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.1994 No. 172 “On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Consumer Rights Protection’”, and the approved List of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange or return, which, in particular, includes bed linen.

Goods of Proper Quality

According to the above-mentioned List, bed linen of proper quality is not subject to exchange or return. This means that we cannot accept a return or exchange if:

  • you changed your mind;
  • the color, size, or texture did not suit your personal preferences;
  • there are no defects or manufacturing faults.

Additionally, all our sets are sewn individually to order, which also places them in the category of goods that cannot be returned due to a change of decision.

Please carefully check the sizes, fabric, color, and set contents before placing your order.

Defects and Damage (7 Days)

Consumer rights in the event of purchasing goods of improper quality are regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” (Article 8).

If you received:

  • a product with a manufacturing defect;
  • a damaged product;
  • a different size/color/set contents than ordered,

you have the right to contact us with a request to correct the issue, replace the product, or receive a refund.

In our store, the following rules apply:

  • You must inspect the order and notify us of the issue within 7 days from the moment you receive the parcel.
  • To submit a request, email us at help@larivis.com and include:
  • order number;
  • description of the issue;
  • photos/videos of the defect and the product as a whole.

After reviewing your request, we will offer one of the following options:

  • resewing/correcting the defect, if possible;
  • production and shipment of a new set;
  • partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the defect.

Returning a Defective Product

If the return is approved:

  • We will provide the return address and return instructions, including the delivery service and parcel arrangement details.
  • Usually, shipping costs for a product with a confirmed defect in both directions are covered by us.
  • After receiving and inspecting the product, we will inform you whether the replacement or refund has been approved.
  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

In the case of an approved refund:

  • We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the product whether the refund has been approved.
  • If approved, we will refund the money to the same payment method used for the purchase within up to 10 business days.
  • The time for the funds to be credited depends on the bank/payment system.

If more than 15 business days have passed since our refund confirmation and the funds have still not arrived, please contact us at help@larivis.com.
