Shipping Policy
We operate in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and Article 20 of this Law regarding delivery terms for goods purchased remotely.
Delivery Area
We deliver throughout Ukraine to locations where delivery services operate.
Delivery to certain regions where safe logistics are not possible may be limited. In such cases, we will notify you before confirming the order.
Delivery Methods
Currently, we use:
Nova Poshta:
- delivery to a branch;
- courier delivery to an address.
Dispatch Time
Since each bed linen set is sewn individually to order, the dispatch time is:
- from 1 to 7 business days from the moment the order and/or payment is confirmed.
We always try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, due to possible power outages and other force majeure circumstances in the country, we recommend allowing extra time for production and logistics.
According to Article 20 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, unless another term has been agreed with the buyer, the goods must be delivered no later than within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the sales contract. We plan delivery much faster, but this period is the legal maximum.
Delivery Time and Cost
The actual delivery time from the moment of dispatch is usually 1–3 business days, depending on the delivery service and your region.
We do not calculate the delivery cost ourselves. The final delivery cost is determined according to the rates of the selected carrier, such as Nova Poshta, at the moment the order is handed over to the delivery service and/or at the branch when receiving the parcel.
By ordering a product, you agree that:
- delivery is paid according to the carrier’s rates;
- the delivery cost may vary depending on the weight, dimensions of the parcel, and your location.
Responsibility for Delivery
We hand over the shipment to the delivery service with a consignment note issued, after which the carrier is responsible for the safety of the parcel in accordance with its service terms and the current legislation of Ukraine.
If there is visible damage to the packaging upon receipt, we recommend drawing up a damage report together with a representative of the delivery service and contacting us immediately.
Checking the Order Upon Receipt
Please:
- inspect the packaging and contents of the parcel upon receipt;
- check the size, color, and set contents;
- if you notice any issues, such as damage or mismatch with the order, document them with photos/videos or a delivery service report and contact us as soon as possible.
